These mites are bright red and fuzzy! the are a large mite (~2-3mm) and usually hunt other mites or adult spring tails in the wild. All mites sold will be large adults and go great in a moss enclosure. We feed ours on dead flightless fruit flies twice a week and drink from a small cut up moist sponge They like to walk around during the day and make a great unique display pet.
